Former Glacier Pilot Having a Great Season!

John Allman (KU) is having a fine season for the Jayhawks. John is currently hitting at a .350 pace. He has 2 homers and 30 RBI’s. He also has an impressive on base percentage of .480. Based on his performance of the field, John is moving up the charts for draft eligible college players.

John played his 2006 summer ball for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots of the Alaskan Summer League. He also played his 05 summer ball for Salinas of the California Collegiate League.

2 Northern Kentucky Players to Play for the Crickets!

Summer Ball is a great way for DII players to hone their skills and hopefully get noticed by scouts. Division II Northern Kentucky will have two players playing for the Spartanburg Crickets of the Southern Collegiate Baseball League. Northern Kentucky is off to a decent record this season. They are a 16-19 for the season.

Evan McDole is a freshman from Cold Spring, KY. He is currently batting .311 with 2 homers and 14 RBI’s.

Brian DeCarlo is a junior from Arizona. He has seen limited action this season. He has 2 RBI’s in 29 at bats this season.
