The Missouri State Bears will have two top notch players playing for the Duluth Huskies this season. Braydon Drake and Tim Clubb will be making the trek to Duluth from Springfield, MO this summer.

Drake is an All-Conference 3B from Webb City, MO. He is currently batting .284 with 4 homers and 17 RBI’s.

Clubb is a talented freshman pitcher from Eureka, MO. He already has 4 wins on the season against only 2 defeats. He is also carrying a 3.74 ERA on the season.

Cotuit Kettleers Prospect Watch!

Posted by collegesummerball on April 19, 2007

The 2007 Cotuit Kettlers of the Cape Cod League will be one of the most talented summer collegiate league team in the nation. They will have several All-Americans and will be loaded from top to bottom. One particular prospect has caught my attention.

Ryne White of Purdue is having the kind of year that players dream of. Ryne is currently hitting .422 with 3 homers and 26 RBI’s. He also is slugging at a .606 percentage.

Ryne played his 2006 summer ball for the DuPuge County Dragons of the Central Illinois Collegiate League where he was named one of the leagues three best players. He was named to the midseason and postseason all-star teams as well. He led the dragons with a .329 batting average. Ryne used his outstanding summer and start of this season to earn a trip to play for the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod League this summer.
