NWL Awards For June 18th!

It was a big night in the Northwoods League last night. There were several phenomenal hitting performances last night in the NWL.
Hitter of the Night!
Drew Hoisington (Toledo) simply had an outstanding game. He went 4 for 6 for the Rochester Honkers. Drew smacked 2 homers, scored 3 times and knocked in 5.
Runners Up!
If this was any other day, Matt Gaski (UNC-Greensboro) would have been the hitter of the night. Matt also plays for the Rochester Honkers. Matt went 5 for 7 with 2 doubles on the night. He scored once and drove in six to finish out the night.
Pitcher of the Night!
Tim Huber (Nebraska-Omaha) pitches for the Eau Claire Express. He pitched a great game last night, and was rewarded with his 3rd win of the season. Tim pitched a 9-inning complete game. He gave up 2 runs on 8 hits and struck out 8.
